You’d say that while flying, one should be extra careful with his or hers belongings. That is true – and I can testify to that – but sometimes, those who travel a lot – meaning they spend days/week in airplanes, sometimes with one or two connections -, might lose something. Or even people traveling with kids – or just excited. You never know when you will be the one forgetting something in an airplane. I just saw a video by KLM with its lost and found service – and I must admit I loved it. It is fun, inspirational and yes, it assures you that they try to do their best for their clients every step of the way.
And yes, I admit that we did forget things in airplanes – OK, not me, but I don’t fly as much as my husband (who flies weekly with his job), but he lost a pair of glasses (good ones:) ). And he almost forgot his ID card – he forgot it in an airplane, but realized just in time and got back to the crew as they were about to descend and asked them to let him check his seat – so he managed to recover his ID card.
How about you: did you lose something in an airplane? Did you get it back?
Also: do you like KLM’s video?
