Foie Gras – famous dish from France

The first time I heard about foie gras was at one of the French classes at school. I remember thinking it is so strange – foie gras = fat liver.

And that’s exactly what it is: fat duck or goose liver. It is however a specific French product so I’m inviting you today to see how a terine of foie gras is prepared. For more detailed information on foie gras you can check this article on Wikipedia.
