A month of Travel – Moments in Time

travel-moments-125x12513th is a lucky day for us – for it was on November 13th when we launched this blog. It is a wonderful experience and we were amazed by all the people reading and writing guest posts here.

Brad Shorr was the first guest poster – and what an information he shared: Lake Havasu, Arizona… and the London Bridge. Serban Razvan presented Leaota Mountains – Romania and Roxana-Nicoleta Cojocaru has showed us Craiova, the city of musical fountains, while Valerica wrote about London – Home Is Where the Heart Is – and Ana Adi told everyone a staggering story about Ieper, Belgium.

To all of you many many thanks – for your support and info.

We are happy to see that in this first month we have had the online support of some people on Twitter – many thanks to @alinadeac, @ritaaurita, @bradshorr, @ana_adi, @serbanrazvan, @new_dada, @alina_popescu, and a special thank you to @parkrideflyusa.

Over 1,000 unique visitors and some comments on 22 posts – in only one month. We are proud and we are commited to go on further, and we’re already planning some interesting surprises and notes from all over the world.

Yesterday we launched a dedicated Twitter account: @TravelMoments – we invite you to follow us here as well. Yesterday we bought a new photo camera – a Canon 500D (with which we will take pictures and post them here). Not that the old one (a 300D) could not do its job anymore, but the new one allows a faster operation and slightly more versatility in the field. We can only hope that you’ll enjoy them.

Thank you very much Alina (and thank you Travel Wizard as well 🙂 ) for your kind words that I take as an encouragement but also as a commitment for the future. Good luck to you as well!
