I had taken one from a romanian recipe site and ran it through google, and even if it wasn&#039;t difficult at all to understand how to put papanasi together, the ratio of cottage cheese (500 grams) to flour (200 grams) turned out a very wet dough that was impossible to shape.  I did end up having to add a lot more flour but seeing that you also used semolina, I will definitely try this again.</description>

		<description>Hi, thank you very much for the recipe. I tried papanasi when I was in Romania and I loved them. Now I can try to make them at home. 
They are simply delicious, but in restaurants you always get TWO, which is really too much at the end of a meal.</description>
